Joining The Living Experiment Society requires you to purchase shares, each share costs £1.00.
Each member has one vote, regardless of the number of shares they own. Organisations can join as members.
Risk Warning
The community shares are only suitable for individuals who:

Fully understand the risks of purchasing shares in an early-stage business,

Accept there is a possibility of not being able to sell your shares,

Do not require liquidity (the ability to sell) or guaranteed income.

Have as their primary aim support of the Society's objectives not the prospect of gain.
Prospective subscribers, who do not understand these risks, are strongly advised to seek independent financial and legal advice before becoming a member.
By purchasing community shares you may lose some or all of the money you invest. Investors are not protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (as you would be with a savings account), and do not have recourse to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
