We will provide housing as a stable foundation for life, not as a speculative commodity, ensuring long-term affordability and dignity.

· We plan to puurchase freehold residential property to hold in trust,

  permanently removing homes from the speculative market.

· We will create clustered communities of between thirty and forty

  affordable homes, from two to four bedrooms, fostering social cohesion.

· We will utilise a mix of existing housing stock and new builds to establish

  equitable housing models.

· We will prioritise shelter as a basic right and a cornerstone of community   stability.
